API 5L X80 BUTTWELD FITTINGS
API 5L X80 Buttweld fittings are extra high-strength carbon steel piping components designed for extremely demanding, high-pressure and high-stress pipeline applications. Also known as L555 grade, these fittings provide a minimum yield strength of 80 Ksi (555 MPa), along with excellent toughness, weldability, and resistance to mechanical fatigue and environmental conditions. They are manufactured in compliance with API 5L and ISO 3183 specifications.
API 5L X80 buttweld fittings are widely used in ultra-long-distance onshore and offshore oil & gas pipelines, high-pressure gas transmission networks, water injection and slurry pipelines, petrochemical and refinery systems, and major infrastructure and energy projects. These fittings are available in elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and stub ends in various sizes, wall thicknesses, and schedules.
